Cansu Gürel
Cansu Gürel (born 30 January 2002) is a Turkish women's football midfielder currently playing in the Turkish Women's First Football League for Konak Belediyespor in İzmir with jersey number 19. She was a member of the Turkey girls' U-17 and women's U-19 teams.[1]

Playing career
Club
Cansu Gürel obtained her license forom her hometown club Konak Belediyespor on 28 January 2016 She debuted in the Turkish Women's First Football League with her team in the 2016-17 season.[1] In the home match against İlkadım Belediyesi Yabancılar Pazarı Spor on 4 December 2016, Konak Belediyespor named three players of age 16 to play, including Cansu Gürel, in a violation of the Turkish Football Federation's regulation, which allows only two of that age group. Her team was imposed a result of default by 0-3 although the match had ended 6-1 for Konak Belediyespor.[2] She enjoyed her team's league champion title at the end of the season.[1]
International
Gürel was called up to the preparations camp of the Turkey girls' national U-15 team held in November 2016.[3] She did not play any match with the team.[1]
She was admitted to the girls' national U-17 team, and played her first match against Austria at the 2018 UEFA Girls' U-16 Development Tournament on 12 May 2018. She later took part in all three matches of the 2019 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship qualification - Group 6. She capped in total ten times for the Turkey girls' U-17 team.[1]
On 1 March 2019, she debuted in the Turkey women's U-19 team in a fiendly game against Belgium.[4] She played in all three matches of the 2019 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship qualification - Elite round Group 6.[1] She took part in all four matches of the 2020 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship qualification - Group 12, and scored one goal against Kosovo.[5]
