The Channel is said to be critical of the Mamata Banerjee led government.[2] The channel was temporarily blocked from some cable operators in the month of May 2020[4] The channel had alleged that the state government had blocked the broadcast of the news channels in various districts of the state after the channel had done a series of reports and shows on the ration crisis in West Bengal and how the Mamata Banerjee led government was allegedly “mucking up” the coronavirus crisis in the state.[5]
