CANPASS
The Canadian Passenger Accelerated Service System (CANPASS) is a Canada Border Services Agency program in place to streamline customs and immigration clearance for travelers flying on corporate and private aircraft.[1] CANPASS Corporate Aircraft and CANPASS Private Aircraft programs allows company and private aircraft that frequently fly directly into Canada from the United States to access more airports and provides expedited clearance. Each program costs $40 for a validity period of five years.
The former CANPASS Air program for commercial airline passengers and CANPASS Private Boats program for watercraft passengers have been discontinued. Members are encouraged to join NEXUS.[2]
