Business Aviation Corporation v Rand Airport Holdings

Business Aviation Corporation (Pty) Ltd and Another v Rand Airport Holdings (Pty) Ltd, an important case in the South African law of lease, dealt with the lessee's entitlement in respect of improvement of leased property.
