Buddleja × intermedia is a hybrid discovered in a batch of seedlings in France, and assumed to be a cross of Buddleja japonica with Buddleja lindleyana.[1]

Description
Buddleja × intermedia has pale green leaves 15 cm long, and drooping panicles, 25 cm long, of violet flowers.[1]
Cultivation
The hybrid is not known in the UK, but is cultivated in the USA. The plant spreads by root suckers.[1]
