Blenniella periophthalmus
Blenniella periophthalmus is a species of combtooth blenny found in coral reefs in the Pacific and Indian oceans. It is commonly known as the blue-dashed rockskipper, bullethead rockskipper, false rockskipper, or the peppered blenny.[2]
