Bill Suplee
William Suplee is an American character actor. He is the father of actor Ethan Suplee with whom he co-starred in My Name is Earl.

Acting career
Bill began his career while working with the Summer Stock Theatre and on Broadway, where he met his wife.
He achieved his first major role in the television movie Rx as William Cross, followed by roles in various short series and TV series like How I Met Your Mother and My Name is Earl
