Aviator (British band)
Aviator was a short-lived British AOR band.
History
Aviator was founded in 1978 by Jack Lancaster and Mick Rogers, along with Clive Bunker and John G. Perry. After recording their first album, they toured as a support act to Steve Hillage. After the tour, Lancaster left the group; Aviator released one more record before finally ceasing activity. However, the four musicians would play together again on Lancaster's 1981 solo album Skinningrove Bay.
