Andy Kwame Appiah-Kubi
Andy Kwame Appiah-Kubi (7th July, 1957) is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament and 8th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, representing the Asante-Akim North Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.[1]

Education
Andy holds BA (Hons), MBA and LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a professional certificate in Law from the Ghana school of Law. [2]
Career
In 1989, Andy was the Chief Executive officer for Ideal Veterinary Supply until 1994. He assumes a new position as the country Director for AFEX International group until 2001 when he left to assume a new role as the Deputy Executive Secretary for the Free Zones Board, a position he held till 2009. He assumes a new role as the Chief Executive Office of Appiah-Kubi and Associates.[3][4][5]
Politics
Andy Stood on the ticket of the New Patriotic party and won the 2016 Parliamentary Election to represent the people of Asante-Akim North Constituency in the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. He was then appointed as the Deputy Minister for Railways Development by the President , Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffu-Addo.[6]
He was re-elected in the 2020 general election to represent his constituents in the 8th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. He polled 25,009 representing 63.91% of the valid vote cast.[7]
