An Act to Repeal the Carbon Tax
An Act to Repeal the Carbon Tax (Bill 1) was introduced by the Canadian province of Alberta's United Conservative Party (UCP) Premier Jason Kenney which received Royal Assent on June 4, 2019. Its 1st reading was on May 22; its 2nd reading was from May 23 to May 30. Its 3rd reading was from May 30 to June 3.[1] It was the first piece of legislation introduced by during the 30th Alberta Legislature, which was constituted after the general election on April 16, 2019.
