Alexander Park (politician)
Alexander Park (1808 – 21 July 1873) was a Scottish-born Australian politician.
He was born in Selkirk to attorney Alexander Park and Alice Veitch. He migrated to New South Wales in 1826 and was given a land grant in the Paterson district. He owned large vineyards and probably also pastoral land. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1853 to 1856, from 1858 to 1861, and from 1868 until his death at Lewinsbrook near Paterson in 1873.[1]
