Alexander Khinshtein

Alexander Khinshtein (Russian: Алекса́ндр Евсе́евич Хинште́йн; born 26 October 1974, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian journalist and politician. Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation]] of the IV, V, VI, VII convocations. Deputy Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party since November 23, 2019, Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications since January 22, 2020.[1]
