Abdul Moyeen Khan

Abdul Moyeen Khan (born 1 January 1947)[1] is a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician.[2][3] He is a member of the current Standing Committee of the party.[4] He served as the Minister of Information during 2001–2002 and the Minister of Science and Information & Communication Technology (now defunct) during 2002–2006.[5][6] He served as a member of parliament from 1991 until 2006.[7][8][9][10][11]

Background

Khan was the son of Abdul Momen Khan, a former Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) politician and the Minister of Food.[12][13]

Khan graduated from the University of Sussex.[14]

Career

In December 2009, Khan became a member of BNP's Standing Committee.[15]
