Abasgadzhi Magomedov

Abasgadzhi Mukhatarovich Magomedov (Russian: Абасгаджи Мухтарович Магомедов; born 15 March 1998) is a Russian freestyle wrestler of Avar heritage who competes at 61 kilograms. He claimed the '20 Individual World Cupwhen he defeated '16 World Championship medalist Akhmednabi Gvarzatilov in the finals.[1] An accomplished athlete, Magomedov is also the reigning Russian National champion, a two-time Ivan Yarygin Grand Prix medalist, the '19 U23 European Champion, and a Junior World and European champion.[2]
