8th National People's Congress
The 8th National People's Congress (simplified Chinese: 第八届全国人民代表大会; traditional Chinese: 第八屆全國人民代表大會; pinyin: Dìbā Jiè Quánguó Rénmín Dàibiǎo Dàhuì) was in session from 1993 to 1998. It succeeded the 7th National People's Congress. It held five sessions in this period.
