Yui Kamiji and Jordanne Whiley were the two-time defending champions, but chose not to compete together. Whiley played alongside Lucy Shuker, but lost in the semifinals to Jiske Griffioen and Aniek van Koot.
Kamiji played alongside Marjolein Buis and successfully defended the title, defeating Griffioen and van Koot in the final, 6–2, 6–2.
