Česká zbrojovka Group (CZG) is a holding company for the Czechic firearms and related industries, which is based in Prague, Czech Republic.[5] Its principal firearms brand is Česká zbrojovka.

On 1 June 2020, the holding company was listed its shares on the Prague Stock Exchange for funding to expand CZ-USA in the United States.[6] However, there are no free-float and no trading is taking place until September of the same year.[7][8]
